Start with Bathroom Redesign

A good bathroom renovation is not only about choosing new tiles and fittings. It starts with looking at the space differently: how you move through it, what you need every day, and where we can make better use of the available square meters.

We can redesign the layout, move plumbing and electrical points where possible, and help you select everything from tiles and sanitary fittings to lighting, mirrors and finishes. From demolition and preparation to installation and final delivery, we coordinate the renovation from start to finish.

Making More of Your Space

Sometimes the best solution is not a total redesign, but simply thinking of how to maximize the floor space, for example to make room for a laundry area. replacing what was already there. We look at the floor plan to see whether the bathroom can work harder for you.

This could mean replacing a bathtub with a walk-in shower, creating more storage, improving the position of the toilet and basin, or fitting both a bath and shower into a more efficient layout. Existing water and drainage points are considered early on, as moving them can affect what is technically possible and the scope of the renovation.

Adding an Extra Shower

In some homes, it is possible to create an additional shower on the same floor — for example by reorganizing an existing bathroom, using part of an adjacent room, or creating a compact shower space where the plumbing allows.

We look at the floor plan, water supply, drainage and ventilation to find a solution that feels like a natural part of the house rather than an afterthought.

Five points are useful in an initial assessment: space and access, the route for water pipes, space for a drain, adequate ventilation and moisture protection. In an apartment, changes to shared pipes or building elements may also require arrangements with the owners’ association, or VvE. Feasibility depends on the property and the proposed design.

From Plan to Finished Bathroom

Once the layout is agreed, we coordinate the technical work and construction. This can include demolition, plumbing and drainage, electrical work, ventilation, waterproofing, tiling, sanitary installation, lighting and final finishing.

You have one point of contact throughout the renovation, while we make sure the different trades and materials come together in the right order.
